PERFECTIONISM. OVERTHINKING. BURNOUT. SELF-SABOTAGE.

Clinical Hypnosis × Clinical Psychology

Clinical hypnosis can be a one-off treatment, or part of a broader course of psychological treatment.

As a registered Clinical Psychologist, I can also bring other approaches into the work when they’re useful — from EMDR and CBT to attachment-based work and other forms of psychological therapy.

Sometimes you come in with one specific thing you want to change — sleep, a habit, a fear, confidence or something that has been getting in your way — and hypnosis may be all that’s needed.

Sometimes the problem has been around for a long time, or there’s more going on underneath it. In that case, we can work on those things too, and use hypnosis where it adds something.

You don’t have to commit to a particular method before you start. We work out what you need, and go from there.

Find your roots. Use your wings.

It’s all there. Beyond the rational and executive functions you rely on every day, there are resources you can access and utilise. Hypnosis helps you dig deeper.
